Dedication

This is a giant plaque at the top of the mountain, honestly I have no clue how they got it up there. But either way, its there, it explains the dedication of the mountain to the man who owned the land for baxter state park, then gave it to the state as a sanctuary for all animals, and adventure seeking people, it contains the states promise to never cut trees, pave roads, allow hunting, to keep the park as the way it always has been, as nature designed it.
