Here is my challenge for you…
Ready…
Yes I like ellipses….
Childhood, we all had one (or at least I hope) do you remember when getting a lollipop at the store with your parents was the greatest thing? Do you remember riding your bike for the first time? Do you remember your childhood? Well I hope that you do because it will help you with this challenge... (there they are again)
I want you to bring back childhood, capture the essence of childhood in one shot. This challenge was inspired by a friend of mine by the name of wrighton363 and his photo...
:thumb43482363:
I love this because when I look at it I see a little girl who was all excited to go to Disney, she is wearing a princess outfit, she is looking at everything that she had built Disney up to be, and the expression on her face is... wow, it is her realizing that this is all of her dreams, all of her wishes come true, it shows innocence it shows beauty, it shows childhood. wrighton363 I have faved a good bit of your work throughout the time I have known you, I think this is my favorite of all time from you. Amazing capture.
So thanks to wrighton363 I expect the same out of the rest of you, I would like to see what you guys can come up with. I am going to keep this open for about a month, give you film guys/gals a chance to compose your shot, I would prefer it not be a staged shot but if you must that is fine.
The prize?
DevArt Subscription for a few months and a wishlist print!
To enter: you can message me your entry, or you can paste the thumb either here or in my journal featuring this contest.
Happy hunting, think young.

Goodbye DA
I am leaving DA, I am tired of the drama, I am tired of DA turning into a myspace. I joined this site for my art, to display it and to better myself as an artist, and I am not going to pretend like I was not able to, I found support, I found knowledge I found friends. But then came the drama, being banned from chats for hanging with the wrong people, being shunned for comments made out of jest or taken out of context. And now DA and this llama game, all of the april fools shenanigans, all of the garbage that the site has thrown at me over the years built up and annoyed the hell out of me, I used to support the site fully as you can see from m

Keeps the Duldrums Away
Okay, so with my busy busy life I have not really had a chance to upload any new deviations, nor have I really had time to do much me photography, mostly just stuff that I dont really put my heart into. So here is the deal, Starting June 05 09 I am going to take a photo per day and post it on DA in the evening. If I miss a day of uploading look for the photo from the previous day, on the next day, as well as a new one. The photos are going to be me, my life, everyday situations, views, sunsets, sunrises, people, friends, cars, etc. Things that catch MY eye, this will be a

Thank you all
Well as most of my watchers already know I recently received a Daily Deviation on
:thumb90646440:
This photo was shot on July 4th of last year, it was a gorgeous summer day, and the clouds had finally been interesting enough for me to want to take this photo. I was really happy with the color range that the whole shot portrayed. There are a few small things that I wish I could have done better with the shot composition wise, but for a 50/50 land/skyscape I am really really happy with the result.
This shot was featured by `PurpelBlur (https://www.deviantart.com/purpelblur) and suggested by :iconAshleyXBrooke87: and
New Pork Recipe

Stuffed Pork Roast With Cranberries
This recipe is a little late, I made this around Christmas time to serve 6 people, This was with half a pork tenderloin. Many times you can get them at the store as a whole loin only, if that is the case you may also have to shave a little fat off from it, some places like to keep the fat on the loin for weight mostly, but it also helps keep the meat tender. So for a roast I prefer a cut with some fat on it which I trim off as I prepare the loin. If the loin is too lean it is going to bake pretty dry and that is something you have to be careful of when cooking
